On Thursday 9th March, 2nd class enjoyed a trip to the Sligo Oyster Experience at WB's Coffee Shop. We met Aisling who explained about the growth of an oyster from a tiny seed until it is ready for harvesting. The pupils were then delighted to receive a hot chocolate and a cookie while they engaged with this learning experience.
