SEAI Energy Workshops
This week, pupils from 1st to 6th class enjoyed a special visit from Eimear and Ingrid, who delivered engaging SEAI workshops across the school. The sessions combined learning with lots of fun, creating a lively and interactive experience for all involved.
Throughout the workshops, pupils explored where our energy comes from, the different forms of energy we use and the importance of saving energy at home and in school. Through a range of games and hands-on experiments, these concepts were brought to life in an enjoyable and memorable way.
Senior classes also delved deeper into the topic, learning about how the use of fossil fuels contributes to climate change and exploring more sustainable energy alternatives for the future.
It was a fantastic learning experience for everyone, with pupils gaining valuable knowledge while having lots of fun along the way. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Eimear and Ingrid for taking the time to visit our school and share their expertise.
