The pupils in Second Class have been enjoying a new reading initiative called 'Reading as Friends' over the past number of weeks. They have worked hard at extending their vocabulary, enhancing their comprehension skills and reading with their partner.
It has been a successful programme and will hopefully inspire pupils to maintain a lifelong love of reading.
