Fifth Class enjoyed an interesting and educational trip to the Foxes Den Water Treatment Plant on Friday . Chris, the caretaker of the plant led the class through the many processes involved in treating our drinking water. It was fascinating to see how the water from Lough Gill was treated and cleaned before entering our water supply. The Green School committee and staff would like to express a huge thanks to James Melvin for facilitating and organising the trip.
