The pupils in 6th Class had the opportunity to try out the Lego Spike Kits which we have on loan from Sligo Education Centre. They took on the roles of builder, engineer and supplier in their cooperative groups as they assembled and programmed a trash monster machine. This machine was able to detect different colours and would only open up for specific colours. The pupils really enjoyed this workshop and worked well as a team.
